Each Hadithi piece is small-batch and handmade. Subtle variations in texture, print and weave are natural and reflect the artisanal process, a quiet mark of the hands behind its making.

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order, items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.

Please fill in the form below telling us why you aren't satisfied, and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. 

Once the items are received, it will undergo quality check before approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service and noting the tracking number. Hadithi is not liable for the loss of garments in transit.

Any customs duties or taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Processing your return can take up to 14 days, and if the return is accepted the refund will will be processed to your account within 10 working days.
